You hand the phone over the counter and, for most models, shop or grab a coffee for 30 to 60 minutes while we fit the new display. We replace the full assembly so colour, brightness and touch response match the original, transfer the Face ID or fingerprint components correctly, then test the whole surface corner to corner before handing it back. For most recent iPhones you can choose a genuine screen or our quality aftermarket option, both with the same 12-month warranty, and the difference is explained honestly at the counter.
